Bunny Hop with Assateague State Park from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. on the lawn at Rackliffe House. This is a free event. Anyone 10 years old and under can participate. See Assateague State Park for details.

Garden Volunteer Meeting at 10:00am - 12:00pm. Rackliffe House is currently seeking volunteers to help maintain the Colonial Kitchen Garden. This is an informative meeting to discuss volunteer

In honor of International Museum Day, Rackliffe House will offer guided tours of the house and grounds from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Last tour will start at 3:15. Admission is free!

Rackliffe House will open for guided house tours every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 - 4:00 pm through October 26, 2017. Last tour begins at 3:15.

Wednesday, June 7th, 2017

New Docent Training 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. Rackliffe House is currently recruiting volunteers. Docent opportunities are available for guided interpretative tours of the house and grounds, maintenance of the colonial kitchen garden, and assistance with media outreach. If you love colonial history and Assateague Island, you should consider becoming a Rackliffe House docent. For a small investment of your time, you will learn about the heritage of this magnificent coastal treasure and have fun! Rackliffe House will be CLOSED in observance of Independence Day. The house will re-open for guided tours on Thursday, July 6th, 2017 from 1-4 p.m. Last tour begins at 3:15 p.m.
